PANELMASTER STEEL – Setting New Standards for Sandwich Panel Production

A major highlight at PU TECH Eurasia 2025 will be the next generation of PANELMASTER STEEL, a fully electric sandwich panel production line that achieves an annual capacity of up to 2 million m². With the innovative MiWo technology, it establishes new global standards for energy efficiency and fire protection when processing mineral wool.
Capable of speeds up to 15 m/min and adjustable panel thicknesses from 20 to 300 mm, the system delivers unmatched flexibility and quality. Integrated with the FOAMATIC platform, it ensures consistent performance and intuitive control throughout production.

Complementing the PANELMASTER STEEL, the ECOFILLER PLUS MK2 sets a new milestone in polyurethane recycling. This solution reintegrates shredded PU waste directly into the production cycle, reducing material waste and supporting sustainable manufacturing. During sandwich panel production, powdered cutting residues are precisely dosed and mixed back into the system—an important advancement toward a zero-waste, circular polyurethane process.
